1 . Buyer Responsibility & Intentional Purchase
By purchasing any digital product from bytepack.store, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying the product entirely out of your own free will and choice. You confirm that you have read the product description, viewed the previews (if available), and ensured compatibility with your device before making the payment. Claims of “accidental purchase” or “change of mind” will strictly not be entertained.
2 . Finality of Sale & Download Verification
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the file access or digital delivery is generated, it cannot be returned.
- We do not accept false claims stating the “image was black,” “file was empty/blank,” or “the product was not what I expected” unless you provide undisputed video proof of the corrupted file opening on a standard compatible software.
- No refunds, returns, or replacements will be given under normal circumstances.
3 . Exceptional Cases (Non-Delivery)
A refund or alternative delivery arrangement may only be considered if:
- You were charged but did not receive the download link or email access within 24 hours of successful payment.
- The digital file provided is proven to be completely corrupted from our end.
In such rare cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase at support@bytepack.store with your payment reference number.
4 . Cancellation Policy
Since delivery of digital products is automated and instantaneous upon payment approval, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment process is completed.
